To support our continued growth, we are searching for a Project Cost Controller to join the team in our Kewdale Office, on an initial 12 month fixed term contract basis.

About the Opportunity

Reporting to the Operations Manager, the successful candidate will be required to maintain a close relationship with the broader team, provide activity level reporting and cost control, detailed forecasts and substantiation for monthly claims. Your responsibilities will include managing the integrity of our project finance system, develop, implement and maintain cost procedures, ensure delivery of a timely and accurate month end process, and ensuring the work is completed to a high standard. We are looking for a highly motivated candidate with excellent communication skills coupled with the ability to prioritise their workload.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience
  • Tertiary Qualification in Commerce, Accounting or similar field preferred
  • Experience with Cheops desirable
  • Demonstrated practical experience using and maintaining finance systems
  • Demonstrated experience in Cost Control within the construction industry
  • Practical knowledge of cost control techniques
