To support our continued growth, we are searching for a Concrete & Civil Supervisor to join the team on a fulltime fixed term contract basis. This initial position will be 2:1 FIFO ex-Perth to the Northern Territory.
About the Opportunity
Reporting to the Project Manager, the successful candidate will be required to oversee the construction of Civil & Concrete Works. Your responsibilities will include day to day planning, conducting pre-starts, client interaction and ensuring the work is completed to a high standard with regarding to quality, safety and schedule. We are looking for a highly motivated candidate with excellent communication skills coupled with the ability to prioritise their workload.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience
- 8+ years of formwork, concrete & steel-fixing supervision experience
- Experience supervising large concrete pours in a Mining environment
- Experience with Bulk Earthworks desirable
- Ability to read drawings
- Efficient with Microsoft Word & Excel
- High attention to detail
- Ability to plan, work to deadlines and multitask
