Ambitious Senior Estimator required to tender complex and interesting Commercial Construction, Fit Out & Refurb projects across a multitude of sectors

Opportunity to lead the team for the right person.

Duties

• Ability to work in a team environment and unsupervised
• Commercial experience
• Quality take offs
• Ability to tender on multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong customer service focus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to use Buildsoft & Cost X 
• Ability to read and interpret building plans/engineering drawings

Skills & Experience

• Have at least 5 years’ experience as an Estimator in Commercial Construction.
• Be confidently able to learn and use IT packages
• Be a driven team player, ambitious to rise to senior levels as a career estimator and mentor others
• Understand how construction methods impact on costs
