About The Role

As part of the Application Solution Architecture team this role involves providing high level support to both the Content Technology Solutions and Technology Portfolio Office teams by designing and implementing delivery workflows and systems for the ABC's content management platforms. The role also involves;

• Automation, complex testing and code deployment for the ABC's content management and delivery platforms.
• Continual improvement of system reliability and quality through the integration of monitoring, reporting and fault handling.
• Share detailed technical knowledge of digital systems and services with the team and wider business.

There is flexibility in relation to where this role can be located however some regional sites may be at full capacity.

About You

You will be proficient in at least one script language (Python, Ruby, Perl BASH) and have experience working with Agile project management practices. You will also have;

• Demonstrated outstanding experience using third party DevOps tools such as Datadog, New Relic, PagerDuty, JIRA and Confluence
• Outstanding problem solving skills, with the ability to analyse, investigate and solve complex technical problems.
• Outstanding knowledge and experience with AWS products, AWS CloudFormation, AWS ECS, Eleastic Search, Bamboo CI/CD, Splunk and AzureAD.
