Project Administrator

PERSOKELLY is seeking an experienced Project Administrator with construction experience to join our client site located at Tarong. This role will see you working closely with the Project Manager and Engineers to assist with Procurement activities, document management and general Administrative tasks as required.

Your Duties/responsibilities will be:

  • Procurement support - new vendor implementation, purchase orders, ERP reports, invoice processing and expense reports.
  • Project Office management - manage reception, inductions, deliveries, maintain office consumables
  • Administrative tasks - drafting documents, document/data management, reporting, correspondence, filing & archiving;
  • Coordination activities - meetings (incl. agenda & minutes), workshops, events and domestic/international travel & accommodation; and
  • Maintenance of safety reporting documentation including incident reports and monthly data collection
  • Insert monthly timesheets into project reports and reconcile total hours
  • Arrange purchasing, invoicing and maintenance of all purchasing records including invoicing and order tracking

To be successful in this role, you will:

  • Two years' experience in project administration work
  • Advanced level training in MS Office products
  • Proficiency in project accounting systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment
  • Good influencing and persuasion skills
  • Experience using Oracle Aconex or another document management system
