Key Skills Required:

· Inspection skills - fault detection skills and experience

· Maintenance skills and experience

· Electrical Installation Skills and experience

· Extensive knowledge to catch up on and provide advisory on latest massage equipment technology

Other Skills Preferred:

· Able to manage their time well, be able to prioritise and be an avid problem solver

· Able to work un-supervised

Job Responsibility Summary

· Perform inspection and maintenance of business’s massage chairs and other massage equipment

· Regular visit organization shops to inspect and maintain demo machines

· Provide extensive knowledge and advise on electrical parts such as mainboard, power switch board,... for all modern massage chairs

· Work directly with the factory engineering department to deal with and update new techniques.

· Travel interstate to solve product issues upon BOD request

· Etc…

Skills and experience required

• A relevant AQF Diploma, higher qualification or equivalent

• No less than 2-years-experience in a similar or related area
