JOB DESCRIPTION
What would be your approach to establishing yourself in a newly created Senior Support role for a new customer?
Tackling the toughest problems and stretching your Mule knowledge.
Want accountability? Nothing pleases you more than troubleshooting integrations both in terms of functionality and performance by analyzing memory patterns and diagnostic logs.
Like being the "go-to" person? Your thorough understanding of integration scenarios including end system awareness and business impact in the event of outages and issues could be tested, daily.
What you'll need
- Experience using the Anypoint platform in all its flavours such as standalone cluster, Runtime Fabric and CloudHub.
- Ability to upgrade Mule standalone clusters to latest patch levels, increase cluster sizing and infrastructure operations.
- Comfortable analyzing code base to triage issues.
- Familiarisation of Kubernetes environments.
