Building our Talent
As a Site Engineer within Multiplex, you are responsible for providing co-ordination and operational support to your allocated construction project, by liaising with the Project Engineer(s), Site Managers and Supervisors, ensuring the internal and external information flow is accurate and apparent in order to meet the construction program requirements, whilst also ensuring installation works in the field are being undertaken in accordance with the project specification and appropriate design standards.

Key Accountabilities & Skillset Required:

* Proven background in Engineering, Commercial Construction and Delivery process
* Solid site based experience delivering Mid to Large-scale Commercial Construction projects
* Supervising and coordinating teams to meet project goals
* Fixing problems and reworking when needed to deliver to our high standards
* Work closely with sub-contractors and consultants to solve day-to-day construction and design issues
* Knowledge of OH&S legislation, policies and procedures
* Knowledge of Building Code of Australia
* Knowledge of Engineering principles and experience in actual documentation delivery
* Programming & Scheduling capabilities – short term look aheads
* Ability to read technical drawings
* Knowledge of Design, Estimating and Procurement
* Experience in tender submission process
* Solid analytical & problem solving skills
* Excellent verbal & written communication skills
