JOB DESCRIPTION

BUILDING MAINTENANCE MANAGER REQUIRED The successful applicant will be responsible for the management, coordination and carrying out of maintenance tasks on our new homes. A carpentry or similar trade background in domestic construction, with the ability to undertake general maintenance tasks such as painting, plastering and tiling, would be preferred. Time management, problem solving and the ability to communicate with clients, suppliers, trades, and other team members is essential. This is a fulltime position offering a generous remuneration package based on your experience and includes a company vehicle.
