Engineering consultancy who are the front runner within both building services and specialist services. Require a Senior Engineer to support their Fire Protection team on a variety of projects.

Acting as a Senior Fire Engineer in the Sydney office, the role will cover various sectors including, but not limited to Commercial, Residential, Hotel, Retail and Industrial.

You will report into the Director and be responsible for:

• Producing detailed fire strategies and all necessary supporting calculations / assessments to fulfil the design obligations of each project.
• Fire engineering design & assisting with CFD / Evacuation modelling of complex building geometries.
• Attending coordination meetings with other disciplines, leading the Fire Protection design for NSW.
• Liaising with clients / architects and presenting during design meetings.
• Supporting NDY with brining in new business
• Providing technical support to more junior fire engineers and graduates within the team.

To be considered for this role you must have:

• CPEng / NER or working towards.
• FPAS accreditation / Highly regarded!
• 5-7 years experience as a Fire Protection Engineer within consultancy
• Passion for building services
• BD skills and a good network
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present.
• Australian citizen or permanent resident.
