JOB DESCRIPTION
We are established custom home builder based Melbourne's North are looking for an experienced Building Administrator to join their small and collaborative team.
This company build quality high-end homes and deliver quality high-end customer service. As the Building Administrator you will be assisting the pre-construction team with administration and dealing with clients in your day to day.
Previous experience working for a residential builder as a Client Liaison or Building Coordinator is essential.
You will be joining a small but supportive and collaborative team. This role will suit someone who is looking to work in a mature environment but still enjoys some daily banter in the office!
Duties will include:
- Reception duties
- Some contracts administration and support
- Helping out with council and permit applications
- dealing with suppliers for quote and orders
- Speaking to clients and following up on any maintenance issues
- General adhoc office support and administration
To be successful you will need:
- At least one year experience working for a residential builder in Australia
- Experience working as a Client Liaison or Building Coordinator
- A basic understanding of contracts and permits
- Be a team player who is able to manage and motivate yourself
- An excellent customer service player
- Fantastic administration and organisational skills

Salary: $20.00 – $25.00 per hour
