Acting as a subject matter expert, you will be responsible for developing the strategy around asset management and engineering solutions across a mixed property portfolio. You will be accountable for leading a passionate team of facilities engineering and project experts who deliver on projects relating to energy, sustainability, engineering, condition audits and lifecycle analysis.

• Driving forward technical solutions to ensure commercial returns and long-term asset management in line with sustainability targets
• Risk management of operations and business continuity
• Setting up contractor management or consultancy agreements and contracts to deliver work
• Leading, developing and mentoring the team
• A high level of stakeholder communication and engagement

This significant opening will align with a Facilities Management or Engineering expert who understands critical infrastructure, HVAC, mechanical and electrical systems and asset management. Ideally, you will be tertiary qualified in Project Management, Building or Engineering and may have worked in operational delivery, service providers or consultancy.

You will demonstrate a passion for leading a team to deliver projects to enhance an asset's future performance. Exposure to adopting energy initiatives and ratings and keeping abreast of the latest technologies and innovations will be critical.
