JOB DESCRIPTION
We are established custom home builder based Melbourne's North are looking for an experienced Building Administrator to join their small and collaborative team.
This company build quality high-end homes and deliver quality high-end customer service. As the Building Administrator you will be assisting the pre-construction team with administration and dealing with clients in your day to day.
Previous experience working for a residential builder as a Client Liaison or Building Coordinator is essential.
You will be joining a small but supportive and collaborative team. This role will suit someone who is looking to work in a mature environment .
Duties will include:
•Reception duties
•Some contracts administration and support
•Helping out with council and permit applications
•dealing with suppliers for quote and orders
Dealing with client for colour selection
. Client colour selection for interior & exterior
To be successful you will need:
•At least one year experience working for a residential builder in Australia
•Experience working as a Client Liaison or Building Coordinator
•A basic understanding of contracts and permits
•Be a team player who is able to manage and motivate yourself
•An excellent customer service player
•Fantastic administration and organisational skills
