Foreman/Parts Coordinator

At MotorOne we are looking to bring on a experienced Foreman to help build a brand new site based in Maidstone. This opportunity suits someone who is ready to take the next challenge in their career and establish themselves in a rapidly growing organisation.

Job Duties

• Quality Control examinations
• Monitoring staff workload and performance on a daily basis
• Dealing with parts and stock for the site
• Managing the provision of high quality customer service and quality of repairs
• Ensuring the workshop area, tools and equipment are maintained and kept to a professional standard
• Practise and promote safety standards ensuring operating procedures are adhered to

Experience

• Experience in managing a fast paced, high volume site
• Experience in bringing on and overseeing apprentices
• Preferred experience within smash repair and panel shops
• Parts experience highly beneficial
