Geotechnical Engineer
The Company:
This highly reputable Environmental and Geotechnical Engineering Consultancy in Brisbane continues to grow year on year and is expanding their consulting team. They have created a new role for an experienced, Senior Geotechnical Engineer to work on major projects in the infrastructure, commercial and residential sector.
The Role:
As a senior member of the team, you will work on Geotechnical investigations, supervision, coordination and analysis of projects. Key duties include:
- Field investigation work
- Soil, rock and groundwater sampling and analysis
- Report writing in accordance with industry standards
- Slope stability analysis
The Person:
- Minimum 6 years’ experience as a Geotechnical Engineer
- Degree qualified in Engineering, Science oar Environmental with a post-graduate focus on focus on Geotechnical
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Career minded attitude and desire for higher honours within the company
