Your new company
Leading Asset Adviser require a Building and Property Auditor on a contract basis based in the Northern Beaches.

Your new role

• Conduct property and building inspections and assessments
• Leading Aged Care site
• Coordinate with management scopes of work
• Provide technical support to projects teams and various stakeholders

What you'll need to succeed

• You will have a building or mechanical services background
• Experience in auditing structures within the build environment
• Experiences in servicing defects
• A strong understanding of scopes of work
• Previous experience with report writing
• Knowledge of electronic data capture forms
• Knowledge of how to use an Ipad
