We're looking to recruit an experienced Site Manager who can demonstrate a track record of successfully delivering commercial, residential or retail projects $50m plus in value. 

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Direct and manage all activity of staff, sub-contractors and consultants on site.
• Manage and ensure compliance with OH&S, QA, company policies and procedures.
• Develop, implement and maintain programme, site diary and supply records.
• Development and management of daily cost reporting

Qualifications & Experience required:

• Trade qualifications, or equivalent experience
• Previous IR exposure on EBA run projects is advantageous 
• Broad knowledge of construction trades and sequencing - structure, facade, finishes, externals or services
• Ability to solve problems whilst maintaining subcontractor relationships and programme
• Ability to manage diverse stakeholders both up and down the chain
• Minimum of 10 years' experience delivering construction projects
