This is a great opportunity to join a very successful SaaS company that is experiencing tremendous growth. The Client Success Manager will own a client base, to on-board, train, hand-hold and will be their go-to contact for any technical-related questions. You will be the face of the company for our clients once they come on-board. We are open for this person to be either in Sydney or Melbourne.
- Establish consultative and trusted relationships with Datorama clients
- Understand the client business goals and how Datorama adds value to those
- Anticipate client future needs to deliver optimal solutions
- Ensure client expectations are exceeded consistently
- Transition new clients into the company seamlessly and create consistent delivery processes across all clients
- Communicate regularly with the customer to evaluate satisfaction and value delivery
- Drive value and in turn upsell opportunities into Datorama’s existing client base
- Develop best practices and process strategies across teams
- Drive planning sessions to ensure client is able to fully leverage Datorama to meet their performance and operational efficiency goals
- Identify relevant analysts for particular activities and manage the briefing process
- Build collaborative and productive working relationships cross-functionally within the Datorama organisation – ultimately to support our clients business strategy and growth
- Collaborate with and support Account Management in business reviews and check in points with key clients
3 months expectations:
- Master Datorama's marketing intelligence platform and obtain certification
- Become familiar with Datorama market positioning, backed by Salesforce Marketing Cloud?
- Begin to meet and engage your portfolio of customers and become fluent in their history, their business outcomes, and their goals
- Develop working partnerships with the Datorama Customer Success team supporting your customers
12 months expectations:
- Own the technical ownership, adoption and growth of allocated book of business.
- Begin building business--identify opportunities, drive business outcomes, ensure customers are successful with Datorama
- Build and foster relationships with senior client executives
- Evangelize Datorama's customer success stories and customer success systems and processes
About you
- 2-5 years experience in digital analytics, preferably in a top tier media agency or AdTech vendor
- 2+ years previous commercial experience, preferably in a technology SaaS company
- Extensive experience with databases and data mapping
- Extensive experience using Excel plus desired skills in SQL, CSS and Python
- Strong technical and problem solving skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Time management skills with the ability to effectively manage and prioritize own workload
- Project management skills
- Deep understanding of the online advertising industry / eco-system
- Natural ability for consultative and solution-based selling
- Technology related B.Sc or B.A. degree
Flexible Salary: $100,000 - $142,000 pending seniority and other variables
