Property Fire Maintenance are seeking a Fully Qualified Fibrous plasterer to build fire rated walls and ceilings.

60,000 - $70,000 a year 
The applicant must be able to work effectively and sustainably within the construction industry. You will be able to organise your work for ceiling and wall lining. 
Duties will include but not limited to:

Work effectively and sustainable in the construction industry 
Read and interpret plans and specifications 
Carry out measurements and calculations 
Foe standard plasterboard ceiling sheets, wet area sheeting Battens? 
Apply OHS requirements, policies and procedures in the construction industry Can the applicant work safety at heights 
fix fibre cement board, mix plastering compounds and Apply 
Plan and organise work for wall and ceiling lining 
Finish plasterboard joints sand joint construct bulkheads 

Skills and experience required:

Must be reliable & punctual, 
Driving Licence 
Have a good work ethic and take pride in the quality of your work 
Be able to measure and calculate materials to minimise wastage
Have the ability to interpret plans and specifications
Record their work through Installation App for ITP record keeping 
Someone that is a hard worker 
Must be knowledgeable in all aspects of fire boarding 
Must have a minimum of 3 years' experience in the industry 
Be able to work as part of a team 
Commitment to exceeding HSE standards, Working at Heights and White Card are a pre requisite to the position Good communicator, ability to work with other trades essential
