Our company has over 25 years’ experience in the shop fitting industry specializing in restaurant & retail fit out. We are looking for someone with experience in commercial Joinery to join our exciting team. The candidate will ideally, have a strong cabinet making background and proven experience in the shopfitting industry.

Job description

• Lead, direct and supervise a team to undertake the required Scope of Work within certain time frame
• Hands on approach would be a necessary requirement
• Order and control inventory and use of tools in the factory
• Manage and control the loading, packaging and delivery of products to site
• Manage the receipt of materials delivered to factory
• Ensure the factory is compliant with Worksafe Regulation

Essential skills

• Strong background in Cabinet Making / Joinery
• Able to read and understand cabinet making/joinery plans
• A thorough understanding of all processes
• Multitasking skills to handle different jobs at the same time
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and deadline
• More than 5 years experience in a similar role
