About the role

A rare opportunity exists for an experienced and qualified electrician to join the Spotless team based in North Ryde. Reporting directly to the Facility Manager, you will be responsible for Spotless’ electrical maintenance and repair at one of Australia’s leading pharmaceutical companies. You will coordinate service delivery with site stakeholders to ensure that Spotless deliverables are managed in an integrated way.

We are looking for reliable individuals who will demonstrate strong communication and computer skills, a hands-on attitude, as well as a friendly, professional manner.

Duties

  • Carry out maintenance and repair activities, within skill set, to meet contract conditions and customer requirements.
  • Assist other staff and clients as required to meet contract requirements;
  • Plan and manage own work to ensure a satisfactory and cost effective outcome;
  • Provide paperwork including dockets, timesheets and service sheets in a timely manner;

Skills and Experience

  • Electrical trade qualifications
  • Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in the pharma industry(preferred)
  • Experience of working with a large onsite team
  • Experience in fault finding commercial kitchen equipment
  • Computer skills essential
  • Engineering continuous improvement experience
  • Experience in developing solid stakeholder relationships
  • Self-motivated with excellent communication skills
  • Well presented with strong organisational skills
  • Knowledge of CMMS
