Company

An established Commercial Industrial builder with a strong reputation of delivering medium scale warehouse and office developments throughout Melbourne and Victoria.

Being an industrial specialist builder, you will be responsible for warehouse, mixed use or commercial office projects with build values up to $15M.

The Role

As the Site Supervisor / Foreman you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of site-based activities which will include but not be limited to

• Managing your site in accordance with the construction program;
• Daily management of on-site subcontractors;
• Ensuring a high quality of work is achieved as per company expectations; 
• Ensuring OHS&E policies, procedures and systems are adhered to;
• Contributing to building a positive team culture, both on your site and across the organisation;

Requirements

• Managed commercial projects as number 1 onsite Manager
• Ability to write short term & long term programmes
• Industrial Building experience will be viewed fondly
• Thorough knowledge of all OHS requirements
• Stable career history and references to validate
• A Carpentry trade (or similar) and/or academic qualification an advantage.
