We are looking to recruit a Project Landscape Architect for one of our not-for-profit clients. Due to an increased volume of projects, they need the services of a competent Landscape Architect for 3 months who will be responsible for preparing design development and contract documentation for various small infrastructure projects. 
 
As the ideal candidate, you will be responsible for :

• Contract documentation suitable for open market tender
• Liaise with internal departments to ensure the project is aligned with their project management methodology. 
• Drafting in AutoCAD 

As the ideal candidate you will:

• Qualifications in LA, Urban Design or similar. 
• Have circa 5+ years' experience in a similar role. 
• Highly skilled in AutoCAD and assembling design packages for tender. 
• Able to critique design engineering and functionality. 
• Possess strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work closely with fellow staff in a close team environment.
