Ambitious site manager required to deliver complex and interesting Commercial Fit Out & Refurb projects across a multitude of sectors - Commercial Office, Health and Education and Government in the CBD

About You

As the successful candidate you will be able to demonstrate:

• A minimum of 5-6 years' experience (post apprenticeship) working on Fit out & refurb projects in Australia as a Site Manager.
• Delivered fit out projects up to $5 - $10m
• Steady Career history
• Ideally you will be a fully qualified carpenter with a strong attention to detail and excellent organisation & time management skills.
• Good leadership skills will be evident with your presence and in your quality of work.
• Good communication skills and a proven ability to liaise with staff, sub-contractors and clients.
• You will have the ability to think on your feet and provide solutions to problems faced on site.
• A strong work ethic and team mentality is required, and this will be backed up by a stable work history along with first class references.
