Role Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction in the management of resources and the functionality of the Internal Sales Department
• Develop the attitudes required within the cell in exceeding customer expectations, specifically in respect to handling enquiries, quotations, technical support, and commercial support.
• To support our agricultural dealer network with queries on product selection, pricing and availability.
• To play an active role in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and ensure that the company achieves the highest level of customer service.
• To commit to a safe and healthy work environment and to be aware of and follow safe working practices.
• To proactively commit to the company's Quality processes and Contract Review and ensure that all requirements are met in a timely manner.
• Comply to all company policies and procedures.
• Perform such other duties, relevant to the position, as may be necessary.

Requirements

• Ability to demonstrate key leadership skills.
• The successful applicant will be an excellent communicator and a major contributor to a small but dynamic internal sales team.
• Self-motivation and good organisational skills are an essential requirement.
• Able to demonstrate a good mechanical understanding and technical background, which is imperative to making sure we supply quotes to suit the application and demands required by the customer.
• Previous sales experience of pumping equipment or similar industrial products will be highly regarded.
• External Previous experience in a similar role or a good technical background are two key criteria.
• Must have attention to detail and be able to motivate a fast-paced dynamic Team.
