Our client supplies a range of high-end fixings, fasteners and adhesives for the commercial and civil construction sectors. This role is focused on selling a range of market leading products that are a “must have” for the construction industry, often specifying themselves. Our client have seen steady growth in sales in Australia and enjoy a loyal and committed customer base. Due to this growth they are looking to expand the team in Melbourne by recruiting an established BDM to develop relationships with a number of high values existing accounts in Melbourne.

The Role:

This is an expansion role, as such the purpose of this appointment is to grow our client’s market share and revenues in the commercial construction market in Melbourne. Working closely with sales manager your purpose will be to manage an established portfolio of construction and industrial End Users, Sheet Metal companies and Civil and Commercial builders and Sub-Contractors.

This is a high performing and established territory and our client invest heavily in advertising and marketing to create a strong brand reputation. You will be proud to work for a market leader and you will relish the challenge of strategically growing existing accounts. You will have full autonomy to shine brightly in this role and moving forward you will be well placed to progress your career beyond that of a front-line sales person.

The Applicant:

You will have B2B sales experience either office based or face to face in either the industrial or construction industries.
