Northside Scaffolders Pty Ltd is seeking a qualified Team Leader/Scaffolder to join our growing Company. You must have experience in leading a team and be able to meet the required criteria of the position.

Criteria for the position as follows: -

• Hold an Advanced Scaffold Ticket
• Australian Standard White Card
• Working with Children Check (essential). You must be able to qualify for a WWCC
• Current Australian Drivers Licence
• Own Reliable Transport
• Own Tool Belt & Tools
• PPE (Steel Cap Boots, Hi Vis Vest & Hard Hat)

You must also be able to demonstrate the following: -

• Be able to build rapport, provide leadership and mentor staff
• Be able to work to deadlines and lead your team to meet those deadlines
• Strong commitment to safety and compliance
• Have a great work ethic

• Effective communication skills
• Own reliable transport (necessary)

Remuneration will be based on experience. This is a three month contract with a view to permanent full time employment.
