Recreation and Landscape Planner
- Permanent full-time position – 35 hour week
- Salary from $87,318 to $100,416

In this position you will be part of a team responsible for the planning, design and upgrades to some of Sydney’s most iconic coastal landscapes such as Bondi, Tamarama and Bronte Parks. This role will require you to undertake recreation planning to identify the required facilities and oversee upgrade projects for both active and passive recreation facilities in meeting the Waverley community’s needs. The role with involve research including statistical and qualitative analysis and report writing. You will also identify and pursue opportunities to expand and encourage active and passive recreation sports opportunities for different target groups in our community.
To be successful in this role you will have tertiary qualifications in recreation/town planning or landscape architecture or a related field. You will be able demonstrate experience and skills in project planning and management relating to sport and recreation projects and programs.
