Lead Security Engineer sought to develop and maintain a world class security infrastructure in an exciting and challenging new domain with ample innovation and professional development opportunities as well as the autonomy to set the tone and direction of the security practice.

The Lead Security Engineer will be responsible for the following duties:
- audit system security
- create Cyber Security upgrade roadmap
- On and off-boarding of users
- definition of best Cyber Security practices for all staff
- create, propose and pilot new Cyber Security initiatives that align with the business
- secure blockchain & non-blockchain assets
- implement security controls across the full development lifecycle
- conduct training and education initiatives on Cyber Security plans, processes and policies
The Lead Security Engineer (Blockchain) will ideally possess most of the following skills and experience in order to succeed:
- deep knowledge of Cyber Security practices and roadmapping
- experience of blockchain and how to protect it
- the ability to engineer and implement security solutions
- close collaboration with product engineering especially on design initiatives
- the ability to balance functionality with security in design and execution
- end to end security ownership
- autonomous security engineering experience
- dedicated hands-on coding
- designer and implementer of security controls with minimal impact on engineering workflows
- superb communication, presenting and influencing skills
- cloud experience
- blockchain experience
