Project Description

You will join the Data, Analytics and Reporting team who manages the data platform used by Banks Risk, Finance and Market Operations functions. Our goal is to help the business we support to unlock the full potential of their data.

Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will include:

  • Setting-up cloud infrastructure and deploying new services in the Cloud
  • Leveraging various APIs to automate manual tasks
  • Streamlining the platform's CI/CD pipeline
  • Ongoing management and support of the data platform including capacity management, performance monitoring, troubleshooting and resolution of technical issues
Skills

Must have
To excel in this role, you will have:
  • Good knowledge of several of the core AWS services (S3, IAM, EC2, ELB, CloudFormation...)
  • Good understanding of Linux and networking concepts
  • 2+ years software development experience (preferably in Java)
  • Experience with Hadoop / Spark
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A Tertiary degree in IT or similar subject
Nice to have
Capital Markets experience

English: B2 Upper Intermediate
