JOB DESCRIPTION
Remedial Estimator required for projects in Sydney.
Your new company
- Been running for over 50 years in the remedial space
- Involved with coatings, waterproofing, structural strengthening, concrete repair and heritage works
Your new role
- Working as a part of the existing estimating team
- Reading and understanding of drawings
- Assessing and prepare tenders
- Site meetings during the tender stage
- Pricing of estimates and cost plans
- Measuring quantities for variations
- Develop business opportunities and win business for the company
What you'll need to succeed
- Estimating experience within the construction industry specifically within the remedial space
- Construction or Engineering degree
- Outstanding communication and written skills
