Lendlease Services is currently looking for a Systems Program Engineer to join their growing Utilities & Infrastructure division, to work on multiple projects across Australia.

The business:

Lendlease’s Services business is a specialist maintenance and asset management contractor that provides services to the roads, water, telecommunications, power, industrial, remediation and renewable energy sectors. Services is responsible for creating, operating and maintaining public and private infrastructure which services millions of people every day and keeps communities connected and running.

The role:

As Systems Program Engineer, you will support system application development of the Job and Asset Management System (JAMS) due to a significant increase in deployment across large new contracts. You will contribute as a subject matter expert, advising on and facilitating application development activities in line with established company guidelines and industry best practice. On top of this, you will mentor less experienced application developers throughout all technical phases of analysis and programming activities.

You will be/have:

  • Tertiary Qualifications in Engineering, Applied Science, IT or similar field of study.
  • Experience in an applications development role, and/or expert knowledge of the structured system development life cycle and solution design principles
  • Computing skills and/or expert knowledge of relevant computing platforms, including Microsoft tools, .NET, and SQL databases.
  • Analytical skills, specifically around software building and problem resolution, combined with interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
