Key Responsibilities & Duties:

Project Management

  1. Assist in the preparation of project delivery plan
  2. Attend site meetings and coordinate site activities to align with project objectives
  3. Ensure that all necessary planning/other approvals are secured on time and within budget to ensure project delivery schedule is met.
  4. Manage and resolve project issues with internal/external stakeholders as necessary.
  5. Manage and oversee Principal Contractors and other minor works contractors to ensure compliance 
  6. legal/compliance requirements.
  7. Procurement of consultants and administer construction contracts.
