What will you do?

The Site Manager will manage key stakeholder relationships as well as the day to day maintenance of a large on-site work force. In doing this, key responsibilities will include but are not limited to;

• Working in conjunction with the client to coordinate the mobilisation of new employees including assisting with site orientation, inductions and managing expectations
• Conducting health and safety activities including Site Safety Interactions, tool-box talk,inspections and incident investigation
• Taking responsibility for ensuring OSH Compliance while minimising any areas of risk to our clients and candidates
• Front line management of employees, including leave and shift coverage management

• Previous experience within labour hire/ recruitment in a site environment OR mine site supervisory experience
• Intermediate excel skills
• Demonstrable people management skills
• Ability to establish, maintain and enhance positive internal and external stakeholder relationships
• Ability to multi task, self-manage and provide exceptional customer service
• Administration and computer skills
