Henderson Mowers is one of Ballarat's largest outdoor power equipment shops in sales, servicing, and repairs. Currently, we are looking for a mechanic to join our team at 119 Mair St East, Ballarat, Vic. Here at Henderson's, you work on a large variety of products such as chainsaws, hand held petrol tools, large commercial mowers, and more. The job is both interesting and challenging with large variety of products to work on.

You will be working alongside a young group of blokes made up of both qualified and apprentice mechanics to complete daily jobs and improve as a group.

Although a small engine qualification will be favored, experience and knowledge within the industry will definitely be considered as relevant. Automotive qualifications are sufficient (you may be looking for a change!).

this job is challenging as you balance fault finding, training, customer relations and more. Below is a list of requirements essential to the applicant.

• Can use computers. The majority of the work requires a large amount of computer work when it comes to browsing parts, writing up jobs, and communicating with others.
• Can read and write
• Well presented
• Can communicate effectively and efficiently
• Can work in groups

Hours:

Mon-Fri 8:00am-5:00pm

- you finish at 3:00 one day a week taking an early day.
