Our client is the fastest growing medium density builder in Australia, They also have a strong pipeline of class two townhouse & apartment projects due to start shortly. They are looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to join the team and work on luxury townhouse & apartment projects. Company has a strong team of Project Managers, Contract Administrators and Directors to lend assistance. Below are the requirements you will need to be considered for the role.

The Role:

• Manage the build from start to finish
• Project has basement and high end architectural elements
• Oversee all sub-contractors
• Strong emphasis on quality
• Tight program, will need to ensure the deadlines are being met

Your background / experience: 

• Experience in Site Management, across both commercial and residential 
• Experience in architecturally designed projects
• Keen eye for detail
• Ability to communicate effectively
