We are currently partnered with a leading state department on their search to find a Project Engineering Officer to join their team for an initial 6 months with an immediate start.

Your new role
Being a key team member of the project team some responsibilities and duties will include, but not be limited to:

• Assisting Project Director with developing and producing documentation
• Liaising with both internal and external stakeholders throughout different stages of project delivery
• Assisting with the coordination of scoping, design, delivery and review of the project
• Providing designs, plans and cost estimates for the project
• Ensuring project complies with all relevant standards and regulations
• Assisting in the management and administration of contracts

What you'll need to succeed

• Degree level qualification, or significant rail experience
• Demonstrated experience in contract management
• Proven experience in assisting in coordination of infrastructure projects
• Well-developed communication and analytical skills

You will also be able to pass a pre-employment medical assessment and obtain a national police clearance.
