JOB DESCRIPTION

B.W. Pearson Horse Breaking is currently seeking a Stable Foreman to assist in the Management of our Breaking and Pre training facility.

The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate the following skills,

  • Be a Natural Leader
  • Capable of Managing a team of staff
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Ability to assess soundness
  • Attention to detail and diligence in following proper procedures
Experience in a similar role and or large racing stable experience is preferable.

The role will suit someone seeking more family friendly/ sociable hours

Mon - Friday - 7.00am - 1.30pm (approx.)

Saturday - 6am - 11am (approx.)
