Job Description

  • Hourly rate, great team
  • Immediate requirement (8-12 week contract)
  • Brisbane CBD Location
We're currently searching for passionate finishes foreman, who has experience with finishes and closing out building projects. It's advantageous if you have finishes & defects exposure on multi-level Tier 2 projects, $30m - $80m in value.

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Direct and manage all defects activity of staff, sub-contractors and consultants on site.
  • Assisting the Site Manager in the commissioning and hand over of the project by ensuring all relevant documentation is completed and provided to the Project Manager
  • Manage and ensure compliance with OH&S, QA, company policies and procedures.
  • Develop, implement and maintain programme, site diary and supply records.
Qualifications & Experience required:
  • Trade qualifications, or equivalent experience
  • Strong reporting and systems experience
  • An excellent understanding of finishes
  • Strong communication skills
  • A Carpentry trade background is advantageous
  • OH&S Experience
  • High level of organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to motivate and engage trades
  • Solid career history
