The Role
This newly created position will assist the construction team by working closely with clients on maintenance issues they have encountered post settlement. This role will require someone who is highly organised, who has a desire to work within the construction or property sector.
Duties and responsibilities will include:
- Engagement and follow up with clients
- Coordination of maintenance works
- Allocation of trades
- Liaison with internal construction team
- Management of CRM
- Direct support to Building Managers
- Assist across construction files with estimating
- General Administration tasks
This role will have the opportunity to be exposed to many different aspects and departments within the business. Growth and progression in this business is almost guaranteed for the right candidate who shows dedication and commitment to the success of the role. Training and development within estimating and construction will be provided.
About You
To be successful in this role it is essential to have strong organisational skills and a background in administration. Experience in Residential Property Management or the Service industry would compliment this role well, but is not essential. You will need to possess a strong desire to take ownership of your role and career.
