This established Australian owned conglomerate has a portfolio of energy efficient products consisting of Storm Water/Drainage Solutions, Plastic Injection-Moulded Materials Handling & Erosion Control. This varied but complimenting product range is suited to a range of sectors which includes but is not limited to; Construction, Mining, Civil, Agriculture, Engineering, Manufacturing & Logistics/Warehousing.

Role
Reporting into the National Sales Manager based in Sydney, this exciting and sales position will see you taking over a warm territory of existing major distributors in Melbourne, SA & Tasmania. The right candidate will see this as a huge career opportunity and a chance to join an ambitious and innovative company that are putting in the foundations before they embark on an exciting journey of national expansion. The sky genuinely is the limit within this organisation as you will have a supportive and extremely knowledgeable senior leadership team that will back you all the way. An intensive induction/on boarding process will ensure you have all the tools for success. This role will require a fair bit of travel across the territory. You will also be required to attend annual industry trade shows, so self-confidence and strong communication & presentation skills are essential.

Skills & Experience
To be successful in this role you must have the following:

  • Previous demonstrable success in maintaining and growing key accounts
  • Experience selling into channel partners/distribution networks
  • An understanding of the construction, industrial or plastics space is highly desired
  • Be a self-motivated, articulate, commercially astute individual
  • Able to learn and adapt to new products quickly
  • A forward-thinking individual that uses technology to their advantage
  • An individual looking to grow long term with an organisation
  • Trade qualifications or education in engineering will be highly regarded
