Mk2 Recruitment are looking for an Estimator / Scheduler with residential construction experience for their North of the River company which currently has a full order book and still growing

The Role:

  • Prepare accurate & timely estimates
  • Ensure material quantities are from plans are accurate
  • Obtain quotes & negotiate pricing from suppliers
  • Issue orders to suppliers
  • Assist supervisors with queries and orders
  • Assist with development of price book


Requirements:

  • Have experience in a similar position
  • Sound mathematical skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Have good communication skills
  • Work well in a team environment
  • Intermediate Microsoft suite skills
