A leading WA contractor specialising in commercial fitout, refurbishment and construction are currently on the lookout for a Site Manager to start immediately on a contract basis. 

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to manage a refurbishment project near Narrogin. This is a drive in drive out role, Mon-Friday, you must be competent in managing your own projects and driving a team to achieve project schedule.

To be successful in this role you will have;

• Experience managing projects up to $5m as a Site Manager, structural or refurbishment project is essential in the commercial building sector 
• Experience on regional projects is desirable but not essential
• Carpentry OR similar trade qualification 
• Strong communication skills, ability to manage trades in a regional setting 
• Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
• Strong IT skills 

This role is starting next week, so someone immediately available is advantageous. The project will run until the end of June with a view to extend into a longer term role for the right person.
