The Role?


To deliver on our objective of providing world class managed services for our customers.


As a Senior Customer Experience Engineer, you will provide support for and trend all customer facing (Device and Common applications) technology issues and requests with the objective of improving the customer service level. You are to provide a single point of contact and ownership of escalated requests and issues. You may be located at Logicalis Australia site , a customer site or remotely.

You will:

  • Diagnose issues and provide speedy solutions, utilising knowledge to personally achieve quick service restoration
  • Provide high level customer focus through delivery of accurate information to business clients regarding availability and functionality of services
  • Proactively identifying initiatives to improve the customers experience score and own accountability for their end-to-end implementation.
  • Leverage NexThink and Atlastix platforms to identify ways to improve the CX score directly or through the use of technology improvements.

What will you bring?

  • Depth and breadth of experience in one or more of these technology areas (LAN/ WAN/Voice/ Security/ Server / Desktop) – ideally familiar with a Managed Services organisation

  • An analytical and systematic approach to issue resolution, coupled with excellent relationship management skills will see you excel
