We have two requirements for Building Surveyors! 

Requirement 1:

An immediate start for a company based in Perth’s Southern Suburbs. This is an initial 8 week contract with possibility of further extension, and an hourly rate payable of $37.53 per hour + super. As mentioned, this role is due to start straight away – so if you are ready – so are we.

Requirement 2:

A contract position due to start in May and June for an experienced Building Surveyor on Rottnest Island. This role will be audit and compliance focused, and a competitive rate will be available for your expertise. 

Although the role is not due to start immediately, we are looking at speaking to experienced candidates now, in order to lock someone in.

Your background

• Knowledge of State Building legislation, Building Code of Australia and Residential Design Codes
• Qualifications or certification in Building Surveying
• A commitment to providing high level of customer service.
• Good written and verbal communication skills and a demonstrated ability to work in a team environment.
• Ability to prioritise work and use initiative to attain relevant outcomes.
• High level of computer skills.

These are both contract positions, and both have some potential for further work beyond the initial dates. It’s the sort of work that once you are known, you’ll be the go to person for future work.
