JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Mt Waverley location (onsite)
  • 3+ days per week
  • $80k-$85k pack pro-rata

This leading construction company is growing from strength to strength and now requires an experienced Social & Content Manager to help expand their online digital presence across all digital channels, through the use of social media!

The Opportunity:

  • Support, learn from and work closely with the Snr Project Manager
  • Work closely with small, collaborative and supportive marketing team
  • Share insights, recommend ideas and present reports to your team!
  • With your proven photography skills from a previous role, you will have the opportunity to capture videos and shoot photography at various locations across Melbourne
  • Compile and schedule social copy
  • Use your post-production and design skills to push content to the next level!
  • Project manage digital marketing campaigns
  • Develop strategic marketing campaigns
  • Develop marketing solutions
  • Work closely with an external production team to optimise campaigns and provide analysis/reports to internal stakeholders
  • Work hard to achieve campaign key metrics to drive internal renewals and growth!
You:
  • Live in Melbourne and have full working rights
  • Have proven photography skills
  • Have digital/social media experience (ideal)
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in digital marketing, social media or digital strategy
  • 4+ years experience, preferably in an agency environment
  • Previous experience working with property, construction or building clients is desirable!
  • Trustworthy and able to build sustainable client relationships
  • Confident communicator and presenter
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Previous experience with financial/budget management
  • Local marketing experience required
