The Opportunity
Increasing demand in Brisbane for services in the Water Resources sector has created an exciting opportunity for a Surface Water Engineer to join our team. This is a great career opportunity to join a team who are focused on delivering exceptional outcomes for our clients across a range of market sectors.
What You’ll Do
- Provide high quality technical capability to successfully support projects with a hydrological focus.
- Provide technical expertise in stormwater and flood risk management, hydrological and hydraulic modelling, mine water management and water balance modelling, drainage design and water sensitive urban design.
- Supporting the wider Water Resources team and other teams within the company nationally when the opportunity presents
- Hold a degree in civil and/or environmental engineering
- Typically have 3 to 5 years’ professional experience in water resources
- Excellent analytical and technical report writing skills
- Outstanding interpersonal skills and verbal communications abilities
