JOB DESCRIPTION
- Immediate requirement

- Exciting 7 am to 5 pm role
- Provide robust scheduling services to develop and maintain progress of all major project schedules according to industry best practices using the operations platform (Assignar).
- Monitor project schedule and cost forecast as required to maintain progress of project activities and their impact on the project schedule and cost.
- Assess and communicate the impact of the changes on schedule key milestones, cost and resource utilisation.
- Provide the data to support and develop solutions for scheduling demands.
- Monitor the status of qualification, certification, compliance, WHSQE documents for equipment and site personnel.
- Build and bookmark reports, including compliance, safety, site diary, project progress, and purchase order costs.
- Advanced scheduling skills in project management software and various tools for data transfer.
- High level verbal and written communication skills and the proven ability to deal effectively with people at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to operate both independently, using initiative and self-direction, and as a team member to produce consistently high quality work.
- Demonstrated ability to use initiative and maintain a high degree of confidentiality, discretion, and judgement while maintaining a solid customer service approach.
- Analytical and problem solving skills in a project team environment.
- Demonstrated agile scheduling experience
- Demonstrated ability to prioritise and co-ordinate high volume short duration workloads
- Effective communication and negotiation skills
- A high level of customer service and professionalism
- Self-motivated with the ability to collaborate and be a real team player
- Experience in project management software, preferably Assignar
- Ideally, from a construction scheduling background.
- Degree/Qualifications in Project Management or relevant field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role
- Advanced MS Office skills
