Enterprise Architect

Experiencing momentous strategic growth, Endeavour Group is seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect with an ability to challenge skilfully and lead with both purpose and data driven insights. Joining an engaging and down to earth leadership team, you’ll ideally have an interest in consumer products and retail; and be rewarded to further craft your expertise and knowledge within a supportive, highly motivated community.

Key responsibilities

  • Solution architecture for new and enhanced services in accordance with requirements and demand, whilst ensuring overall direction is fulfilled
  • Creating detailed technology solution and service designs based on functional specifications meeting performance and quality standards
  • Provide technical guidance and expert advice across multiple domains, along with overall technical leadership to project teams regarding the end-to-end solution, ensuring all design and technology facets are integrated
  • Facilitate decision making for key enterprise technology vendors and products; whilst working closely with key stakeholders from across our businesses including technical, solutions and security architects
  • Contribute to the development of project-specific architecture, roadmaps, blueprints and processes 

Skills, experience and qualifications

  • Recognised degree in IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field preferred
  • Proven experience in engineering and software architecture design with a focus on stakeholder engagement across different teams to provide guidance and support
  • Experience with MS D365, SAP, Informatica, Azure, GCP and TOGAF certification will be well regarded
  • Excellent knowledge in the application of Agile and Lean methodologies, along with experience across multiple domains and integrating various complex ecosystems
  • Demonstrated ability in analysis, problem solving and system design accompanied with an understanding of overall business processes & IT systems
