AC3 Talent Management have been engaged by a Big 4 Global Consultancy to find them a ServiceNow Solution Architect.
The organisation have huge pipeline of work and the ServiceNow Practice Lead needs a 2IC to work closely with him to provide:
- ServiceNow pre-sales, covering design, development, and pricing of ServiceNow Solutions that support the customers needs and deliver on business outcomes
- Focus on strategic consultancy with our customers and provide expertise for pre-sales, tenders, Solution Architecture, and ServiceNow Roadmaps.
- Focus on driving technical excellence through our ServiceNow Practice and positioning the right solution for the opportunity.

- Align as a trusted advisor to C Level Executives and consult on ServiceNow strategy.

The person spec
- At least 5 years’ experience as an end-to-end ServiceNow Consultant focused on Migration, Transformation and IT Outsourcing initiatives.
- At least 10 years as an IT Industry participant
- Experience and confidence in a customer facing consulting or consultative pre-sales role with strong technical presence and confidence. Experience in taking business challenges and translating them into a suitable technical solutions via ServiceNow
- Experience in interfacing with a wide variety of people and roles, and confidently interact with senior business and technical personnel.
- Strong experience in the collation of design artefacts, technical strategies, and contributing to large tender submissions.
- Self-motivated, proactive and confident
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with proven document/report writing ability.
- Strong team oriented interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to learn and grow
- Skilled at diagrammatically representing processes, workflows, and ideas and must be able to prepare, present, and maintain technical documentation to customers and internal staff.
- Passionate about customers with a strong capacity to understand market and strategic drivers to set clear goals and define problems
- Proven ability to innovate, adapt and work under pressure in a complex environment with multiple stakeholders and firm deadlines.
- Proven ability to create and present complex business and technical solutions
Platform experience
- Experience with ServiceNow applications and integrations and how they are used to create solutions that solve common business problems/objectives
- Up-to-date knowledge of ServiceNow company and its go to market offerings
- Strong Technical knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM
- Broad knowledge of a range of ICT systems including traditional infrastructure, network, Private and Public Cloud (ITOM)
- Strong Integration delivery skills

In return for this you will be offered a salary from $160k-$180k base plus super, plus up to 20% bonus. Even through the challenging COVID period a bonus of 7% was paid and the ServiceNow business unit grew by 87%
